TWO WEEKS POST OP IMAGE
Full Jaw Dental Implant Reconstruction
Full Jaw Dental Implant Reconstruction surgery is needed when it no longer makes sense to try to do traditional crowns and bridges to restore the teeth. We use four to eight dental implants per jaw to support a full arch bridge to replace all of the missing teeth. The removal of the teeth, placement of the dental implants and fabrication of a highly aesthetic, functional, temporary bridge is completed in one day under general anesthesia.
Dental Implant Replacement of
Missing or Broken Teeth
Your teeth affect your whole body. When they’re healthy, you’re healthier too. A missing tooth can affect your bite, speech and eating choices. As you rely more on your remaining teeth, you increase the chance they will wear out prematurely, or be damaged or lost. We can replace any tooth in the mouth with a dental implant.

Bone & Tissue Grafting
Sometimes we do not have adequate bone and tissue at a site to place a dental implant and we need to build up the site with bone and/or tissue to prepare for dental implant placement. No problem, we simply take tissue and/or bone from an area in your jaw that is not being used and put it where we need it. A straight forward routine procedure I do on a weekly basis here at my practice.
Removal of Impacted of
Wisdom Teeth
An impacted tooth simply means that it is “stuck” and cannot erupt into function. Patients frequently develop problems with impacted third molar (wisdom) teeth. These teeth get “stuck” in the back of the jaw and can develop painful infections, among a host of other problems.

Intravenous General Anesthesia
Intravenous general anesthesia or “IV sedation” (twilight sedation) is designed to better enable you to undergo your dental procedures while you are completely asleep; it will enable you to tolerate as well as not remember those procedures that may be very uncomfortable for you. IV sedation will essentially help alleviate the anxiety associated with your treatment. If we decide to use a lighter level of sedation you may not always be asleep but you will be comfortable, calm and relaxed, drifting in and out of sleep – a “twilight sleep”.
CT Navigated Dental Implant
Surgery
A CT Scan is an xray procedure that is enhanced by a computerand gives out a three-dimensional view (referred to as a “slice”) of a particular part of the body, showing all of the bone and tissue. The information gained from CT, put that information into a powerful computer software that he can use to simulate your surgery on the computer to ensure an optimal outcome. Also he can have a specific surgical guide fabricated for your individual case to help his pre-planned outcome.
